Pottery takes time
There is no rushing the wheel, no skipping steps, no shortcuts through drying, trimming, firing, glazing. Each stage asks for patience, attention, and presence.
What begins as a soft, undefined piece of clay is slowly shaped — centered, opened, lifted. Then it rests. It dries. It returns to the hands again, is refined, fired, and transformed by heat and glaze.
It is a process of waiting as much as it is of creating.
